All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or vendor preparation times. Fresh Dhara is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by factors outside our direct control.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices for products and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store your raw credit card information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before the vendor begins preparation. Once an order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Fresh Dhara support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fresh Dhara, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
